Who We Are

We believe that ministry should be a reflection of the message of John 15:5 where Jesus teaches that when a branch is connected to the vine it bears much fruit; therefore, we know that when a life is connected to Christ, great things happen. Our goal is to see lives connected to Christ through worship, connected to the church through small groups, and connected to the community through service.

What We Believe

God
We believe in the one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Spirit. We believe that He is holy and worthy of our worship.
Man
We believe that humanity was created to have fellowship with God, that fellowship has been broke (due to our sin). No matter what we try to do, no matter how “good” we try to be, we cannot restore that fellowship on our own.

Salvation
We believe that salvation comes through faith alone in the work of Jesus Christ on the cross and His resurrection. All those who surrender themselves in faith to the sacrifice of Jesus are justified by the grace of God based on the sacrifice of Jesus. We believe that as believers grow, their salvation becomes evident in their lifestyle.

Scriptures
We believe that the writing of the Old and New Testaments are the holy and inspired Word of God. We believe that the Word is the standard for our lives as it reveals what it means to live a God-honoring, Christ-like life.

The Church
We believe that the church is the redeemed people of God. We believe that the church is a body and functions best when all the parts work together in unity. The glory of God is its goal and love is its motivation.

Our Mission
We believe our mission as believers, both individually and as a body, is to advance God’s kingdom for His glory. We believe that this occurs through the empowering  the Holy Spirit for God’s people to live transformed lives that seek to love and serve others in the name of Jesus. We believe that it is the calling of all believers to invest themselves in the expansion of God’s kingdom both in their local communities and across the world.

Why We Celebrate JESUS

God Is Perfect

Because of love, God created us to reflect His power and glory.
He deserves worship.
“Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power : for You created all things”(Revelation 4:11)

We Are Not
Clearly we are sinful beings.

“ For all have sinned and fall short of the glory f God.”
(Roman 3:33)

We Have A Problem
Because of our sin we are separated from God and we can’t save ourselves from eternal death.
“For the wages of sin is death.” (Romans 6:23a)

He Is The Answer

Jesus lovingly came to die for our sins and rise again to defeat death. He is our hope and Savior.

“…….But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Roman 6:23a) “But God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
(Romans 5:8) “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” ( John 3:16) “That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved… for ‘Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” ( Romans 10:9, 13)
